2: Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
Inspect movements, cases, dials, hands, crystals, crowns, case backs, straps, gaskets, and packaging materials.

3: Appearance and Dimensional Inspection
Check for scratches, color differences, stains, burrs, deformation, plating quality, and critical assembly dimensions.

4: Customization Verification
Verify logos, text, colors, engravings, dial graphics, buckle markings, and packaging details against the approved sample.

5: Movement Pre-Inspection
Check the movement model, timekeeping, functions, appearance, and batch consistency. For quartz movements, also check the battery and current consumption.

6: Component Cleaning and Dust Control
Clean the dial, hands, crystal, and inside of the case, and assemble them in a dust-controlled environment.

7: Dial Installation
Fit the dial to the movement and check its orientation, position, flatness, and security.

8: Hand Installation
Install the hour, minute, second, and function hands, checking their height, parallelism, and centering.

9: Hand Alignment Inspection
Check alignment at 12 o'clock, date-change position, hand clearance, and any rubbing or obstruction.
10: Case and Crystal Inspection
Inspect crystal installation, internal case cleanliness, gasket grooves, and the case surface.

11: Casing the Movement
Install the movement assembly into the case and check its positioning, movement holder, and stability.

12: Crown and Stem Installation
Adjust the stem length and fit the crown. Check winding, time setting, date setting, and crown-position operation.

13: Gasket Installation and Lubrication
Inspect and install the crown, case-back, and crystal gaskets, applying sealing grease as required.

14: Case-Back Assembly
Remove internal dust, install the case back, and tighten it to the specified torque.

15: Post-Assembly Visual Inspection
Check the inside and outside of the crystal for dust, fingerprints, or scratches, and confirm that the dial and hands are correctly positioned.

16: Functional Testing
Test timekeeping, hacking, winding, time setting, date, day, chronograph, luminous display, and other customized functions.

17: Timekeeping Accuracy Test
For mechanical watches, test daily rate, amplitude, and beat error. For quartz watches, check timekeeping and current-consumption parameters.

18: Water-Resistance Test
Perform air-pressure or water-pressure testing according to the specified rating, checking the seals around the case, crown, crystal, and case back.

19: Aging and Stability Test
Run the watches for the specified period and monitor for stopping, gaining, losing, incorrect date changes, or function failure.
20: Strap and Buckle Installation
Install the strap, bracelet, and buckle, checking orientation, security, opening and closing, and lug positioning.

21: 100% Finished-Watch Inspection
Inspect every finished watch for appearance, functions, customization details, timekeeping, water-resistance results, and accessory completeness.

22: Pre-Packaging Cleaning
Clean the case, crystal, and strap, apply protective films, and ensure the product is free of stains and fingerprints.
23: Packaging and Label Verification
Verify that the watch, manual, warranty card, hangtag, barcode, gift box, and carton information are consistent.

24: Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Conduct sampling inspections of finished-product appearance, functions, quantity, packaging, and shipping protection.
25: Quality Release and Shipment
Complete inspection and traceability records. Approve conforming products for shipment, while isolating nonconforming products for rework or disposition.
